A cross between Jonathan and Golden, a big-eyed red apple – the way they are drawn in fairy tales. The peel is thin and waxy, meaning it can be wiped to a beautiful red in our T-shirt before our 10 o’clock meal. The taste is characteristic, strong, combining the flavors of both parents.
